Notice of Temporary Service Disruption

NRLTCC is committed to providing notice when facilities, services or access to services, that could affect people with disabilities, are temporarily disrupted.

Some examples of services or access to services being disrupted includes, but not limited to:

  • Building being closed
  • Elevator being out of order
  • Power-operated doors not working
  • Accessible entrances, washrooms and transportation corridors (sidewalks, walkways, trails, roads, etc) not being available.

In the event of a temporary service disruption should occur, a notice of temporary service disruption will be provided here. For planned disruptions, notice will be provided within a reasonable time in advance. For unplanned disruptions, notice will be provided as soon as possible.

Privacy

North Renfrew Long-Term Care Services Inc. respects the privacy and personal information of all residents and clients.  Personal Health Information is important in allowing the North Renfrew Long-Term Care Centre to provide residents and clients with better services.  We will obtain consent to collect, use and share personal health information with other Health Service Providers who are involved in resident/client care.
