A Vibrant Community with Comforts of Home

Enjoy delicious and nutritious meals delivered to your door. Each meal includes soup, salad, a main course, a dinner roll, and dessert, with options to accommodate special dietary needs.

Gather for our monthly luncheon with good food and great entertainment. Held at our Drop-In Centre and the Stonecliffe Township Hall, these events are a perfect opportunity to socialize and enjoy a hearty meal.

Transportation for Every Need

From essential medical drives to routine errands and appointments, we can help get you where you need to go. 

Our volunteer drivers transport seniors and physically disabled adults in North Renfrew to medical appointments and to local shopping and social outings. Our transportation options can also accommodate some long-distance travel. 

Reach out to us to arrange your transportation needs or to become a volunteer driver.

Social & Recreational Activities

Access this program through Ontario Health at Home / Champlain

Clients find this program essential for maintaining active and fulfilled lives. Enjoy the program on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The $11:50 daily cost includes a nutritious meal with snacks, and transportation.

Adult Day Program

This carefully curated program offers seniors and disabled adults to engage in individual and group activities including wellness and safety.
